(www.mirakhter.net) is presently at the forefront of Construction Industry of Bangladesh and they aspire to maintain this coveted position by strictly observing the latest construction technology and honestly adhering to their commitment to Quality as well as Health, safety & Environment factors.

The company is committed to continuous improvement of its organizational practices by establishing and following quality objectives and implementing those regularly and effectively at all the levels by upgrading all available resources, facilities, technical know-how & training of manpower with the able assistance of its highly skilled technical and professional manpower maintaining quality requirement for specific job. The quality control policy encompasses performance of work in compliance with observance of quality control standards and ensures the same through team spirit combined with a sense of responsibility of all participants connected with the execution of the project.

Measures are undertaken to ensure the quality of works & materials, while optimizing the employment of resources, understanding time & cost behavior, producing early warning signals and last but not the least updating resources planning & implementation together with formulation of incentives for motivating people.

The company is also committed to comply with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Quality Policy and Objectives are subject to regular review by top Management for continuous improvement according to practical requirement & evolving best practices globally.

HSE Policy

We, MIR AKHTER HOSSAIN LTD. (www.mirakhter.net) want to maintain the leadership position among the local construction industry by virtue of latest technology and our commitment to Quality and HSE.

Our corporate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policy is based on the following principles::

-Identification and evaluation of all HSE hazards or aspects and the management of their risks or impacts to acceptable levels
-Compliance with all applicable HSE legislation
-Prevention of accidents, injuries and pollution
-Intolerance of the conditions and behaviors that contribute to injuries
-Reduction of waste and conservation of resources
-Recording and communicating HSE performance throughout the company
-Continual improvement of HSE performance

The chief operative officer and senior management shall visibly uphold these principles and the management and supervisory personnel at each business unit and location shall be responsible for implementing and maintaining an HSE management system necessary to ensure compliance with these principles.

Each employee has a duty to report workplace conditions or practices that pose a safety hazard or threaten the environment and to take reasonable actions to alleviate such risks.

The company is also committed to comply with the applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Policy and Objectives are subject to periodical review by the Top Management for ensuring a continual suitability.

Integrity Policy

On my own behalf & on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Company, I intend to adopt Integrity Policy for the Company ensuring principles of fairness & integrity with the clients & business Partners/Associates (Consultants, Service providers, Vendors, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Suppliers), resisting any/all forms of corruption, strictly adhering to all the prevailing laws of the country and assuring impartial opportunity to its employees, customers, suppliers & community at large.

Strict compliance of the above policy by the company share holders, Associates, employees at all levels and all other relevant personnel is a must.
