The work consists of construction of 5 storied out of 7 storied having total floor area of 15,600m2 is built combinedly on 35 nos. of well foundation having diameter of 8 feet & 5 feet and length of 36 feet and 30 nos. cast in situ piles with post tensioned pre-stressed concrete slab.
